Corrections, bug reports and device feedback are all genuinely welcome.

## Especially useful

-   **Corrections.** If something here is factually wrong, please say so and we will fix it.
-   **Device reports.** Which phone, which mode, and whether it worked. Reports of what _did not_ work are more useful than reports of what did.
-   **Bugs.** If the tool does not play, tell us the device, the browser and roughly what happened.
-   **Device quirks we missed.** If your phone has an audio setting or grille layout that trips people up, we would like to add it.

## What we cannot do

We cannot diagnose an individual phone remotely or advise on whether a specific repair is worth paying for. If your speaker crackles, buzzes or is completely silent, that is hardware — a local repair shop can quote you in a few minutes, and speaker modules are one of the cheaper parts.
